This week, I am pleased to present my second interview with the vegan animal liberation activist Ronnie Lee. Ronnie Lee is best known for being one of the founders of the Animal Liberation Front, which began in the 1970s. Currently he works to educate the public about the importance of becoming vegan. His 50th veganniversary took place earlier this year.

In this interview, Ronnie reflects on how the vegan animal liberation movement has evolved over the years, and he describes the impact that social media has had on the movement. He also explains why doing vegan advocacy is essential in order to achieve animal liberation, and he offers his views on consumerism and vegan “journeys”.
